Warranty on hardware with the exception of the glass plate and/our LCD-panel. The battery capacity is at least 80% upon delivery and at least 70% after 2 years of normal use.
Software
If desired or if necessary, we will reinstall macOS free of charge.
Not included
Shipping costs for repairs, packaging costs incurred by you, software installation costs, data recovery costs, data loss, water damage, fall damage and any other type of damage caused by you.
If possible, make a backup of your files before you send the faulty hardware to us. There is always a small chance that something may be damaged or lost in transit. Our advice: make a personal backup at least once a week on an external hard drive and/or USB stick.
